Getting Started
Step one is your initial consultation with a dedicated member of the Empire Homes team. This meeting is an opportunity for us to address any questions you might have while providing essential details about the building process. We’ll be there every step of the way to help you design your new construction home and discuss the current phase of your project.

Now the fun begins. Our crew will handle the heavy lifting of building your home, of course, but we'll need your help with several decision points during the process.
Selecting Finishes
During our initial meeting, we will introduce you to our standard finishes and features. You simply tell us which one's you'd like in your home.
Vendors & Labor Selection
Empire Homes works with a trusted group of vendor and trade partners. You may elect to work with any of these vendors for optional upgrades or add-ons.
Optional Upgrades
You may change your mind about something during the construction process—it happens. Simply email your EmpireCo. rep as soon as possible with the update or change order.
Walkthroughs
We'll notify you when your home is ready for a final walkthrough. During this process, you'll complete a Final Walkthrough Form to ensure everything looks as expected.
